Terms of Service

1. Educational & informational use only

CenterGrade Pro provides centering measurements, sub-grade estimates, grade probability estimates and return-on-investment calculations for educational and informational purposes only.

All outputs are estimates derived from overlays you place yourself, ratings you enter yourself, and standardized mathematical formulas. They are not appraisals, guarantees, or professional grading opinions.

2. No affiliation with grading companies

CenterGrade Pro is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), Sportscard Guaranty (SGC), or any other grading company. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Grading thresholds shown in the app reflect publicly available guidance and may change at any time without notice. Always confirm current standards with the grading company directly.

3. Zero liability for grading or financial outcomes

Actual third-party grading results can differ from any estimate shown here because of lighting, camera distortion, physical surface flaws not visible in photos, and grader subjectivity.

You are solely responsible for any decision to grade, sell, buy, consign or keep a card. CenterGrade Pro, its operators and partners accept no liability for any loss, cost, fee, or difference in value arising from third-party grading outcomes or from relying on the tool's estimates.

4. Market values

Card values used in ROI calculations are entered by you or provided as reference data and may be outdated or inaccurate. They are not financial advice.

5. Partner & affiliate links

Some links to grading services, supplies or consignment partners may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you use them, at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them.

6. Your images

Photos you upload are processed in your browser to display overlays and read card text. Images are not altered and are not included in shared result links.

7. Free checks & subscriptions

Free usage is limited to a number of grade checks per day. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at checkout and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
